Powers (detailed description, please): Has control over the element of oxygen. He can create it, draw it to him, move it around, or even take it away/ separate it from another element or matter. Also, he has been known to accidentally hover every now and then, and if he could control it, Riley'd be able to fly, but he is still too young for that.

Distinct Personality Traits: Polite, used to be very friendly but has been put in a bit of a panicked that doesn’t go away (so obviously terrified of his powers)
Occupation: Surviving on the streets
Affiliation (Equalicist {good} or Supremacist {bad}): Equalicist
Known Relatives: Mom and dad (Willow and Garron, both deceased)
History (please make this very descriptive):
Riley was the only child to two loving parents in London, England. They were also successful in life, so, to say the least, money was certainly not a problem for them. Riley was, however, raised alone and he had home schooling, so at times he’d become very lonely.
His powers decided to manifest in the cruel way of them becoming out of control and he took both his parents lives at the age of 10. When he realized what had happened, Riley did the only thing he could think of: he ran. He escaped to Canada without getting caught and forced himself to suffer through the traumatic death of his parents and his developing powers on his own.
Right now he’s living on the streets, hardly getting enough to eat each day. He only prays that someone will find him and give him hope as well as something to believe in.
Phrase (found in the Rules): Silence is golden but duct tape is silver.
